Puts the spiciness to that old dried chicken.

Ingredients
- 6 (approx. 1 1/2 lbs.) chicken breast halves, boned, skinned
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) 100 % Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Dip chicken in egg; coat with combined remaining ingredients.
- Place in greased shallow baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or
- until tender.
- 6 servings.
