How to make it
- Slice onions thin and break apart
- LIghtly oil skillet or pot
- Bring to high heat and drop onions in all at once.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper totaste.
- When wilting starts, drizzle Red Wine Vinegar evenly to introduce moisture which will steam onions.
- Remove when fully wilted and tender.
- Can be chilled for later use.
- If making ahead, do not leave at room temperature. Keep refrigerated.
