Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour syrup into jar until it's 3/4 full
  • then fill jar almost to top with water
  • Add one or two drops food coloring
  • Use popcicle stick to mix everything together
  • sprinkle a little "star dust" into the mixture
  • put glue or goop around the inside edge of the lid, screw down TIGHT.
  • wrap electrical tape around lid and neck of jar.
  • Shake.
  • This would be fun for a graduation open house too. Put little mortarboard conftetti in with the stars.

Cute idea! And with all the shaped confetti and special paper punches out today, you could adapt this idea to any kind of event. It would also make a great party favor, for kids or adults. Thanks for the post.

these are really cute. Be careful to make sure the lids are secure. That syrup is messy if it is not. SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE
