Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F/200C/Gas Mark 6.
  • Grease a large rectangular glass casserole dish.
  • Place fish evenly in dish.
  • Top fish with mushroom soup. Do not dilute.
  • Spread crushed potato chips over top of fish/soup.
  • Sprinkle diced pepper over top.
  • Bake for 30 min.
  • Decorate with thin lemon slices.
  • Serve with a green salad and crusty bread.
  • *I have also made this with reduced-fat soup and crushed corn flakes to keep the fat content down. Check the corn flakes for the sugar and fat content, though.
