Quick, easy, yet delicious tuna and mushroom sauce for your choice of pasta.

Ingredients
  • 1 regular can tuna
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 oz. Butter
  • 3 oz. Fresh mushrooms (any kind – chopped largely)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Melt butter in pan, add peeled and finely chopped onion and drained tuna to pan, stir over medium heat until onion is just tender. Add mushrooms to pan, toss lightly. Stir in cream, tomato paste, season with salt and pepper. Bring sauce to boil, remove from heat immediately, stir in chopped parsley.
