Ingredients
  • 12 Large mushrooms
  • 1 Small container of Masago
  • 1 Can of chopped clam or crab meat
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pinch of paisley

Directions
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degree
  2. 2 Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wash
  3. 3. Lightly greased baking sheet, bake the mushroom caps, stem sides down, for 10 minutes
  4. 4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine masago and the chopped clams and mayonnaise.
  5. 5. Take out the mushrooms from the oven, flip the mushroom caps over and mound the stuffing into each one. Bake until the mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is golden, about 20 minutes
  6. 6. Serve them
