- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and finely chopped shopping list
- 3 anchovy fillets shopping list
- 2 tablespoons capers shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon red chile flakes shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper and salt shopping list
- 1 pound impotred spaghetti or linguine shopping list
How to make it
- finely chop together teh anchovies,capers and garlic
- heat olive oil in skillet
- add olives and anchovy mixture and saute over medium heat adding the chile flakes and salt and pepper to taste, about 5-6 minutes.
- cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente
- drain and add pasta to sauce in skillet along with 1-2 tablespoons pasta water
- heat briefly over medium heat stirring well.. serve immediately

I posted a similar "Olivada" recipe. Very tasty... High 5 from me... Jim You can also toss the first 7 ingredients in a blender, pulse to a chunky paste and serve on brushetta..
