Ingredients

How to make it

  • finely chop together teh anchovies,capers and garlic
  • heat olive oil in skillet
  • add olives and anchovy mixture and saute over medium heat adding the chile flakes and salt and pepper to taste, about 5-6 minutes.
  • cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente
  • drain and add pasta to sauce in skillet along with 1-2 tablespoons pasta water
  • heat briefly over medium heat stirring well.. serve immediately

    I posted a similar "Olivada" recipe. Very tasty... High 5 from me... Jim You can also toss the first 7 ingredients in a blender, pulse to a chunky paste and serve on brushetta..
