One of my Aunt Dawn's creations. She got the recipe from Brook Lodge when she worked there. She'd play around with this a lot. It's good, and easy. Two of my favorite things.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb hamberger
  • 1 2oz can drained sliced mushrooms
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 c sharp cheddar cheese (or mozarella)
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed soda or ritz crackers
  • 1/4 tsp oregano, crushed
  • 1/2 garlic salt
  • 2 Tbs parmeasan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup of your favorite spagetti sauce,
  • 1 pkg pepperoni slices, or diced pepperoni - if desired

Directions
  1. Combine hamberger, milk, cracker crumbs, and garlic salt
  2. Press into a 9 inch pie pan in the shape of a pie shell.
  3. Spread spagetti sauce over.
  4. sprinkle with mushroom (and pepperoni if using)
  5. Top with shredded cheese sprinkle with oregano and then Parmesan cheese
  6. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes
