Laras Chicken Yummy Stuff

Just like the recipe says, this is a yummy dish.
Ingredients
- Rotisserie chicken, deboned and chunked shopping list
- Medium Flat noodles, 1 bag cooked to directions shopping list
- green onions, 1 bunch, chopped shopping list
- onion, 1 lg. chopped shopping list
- celery, 4-6 stalks, chopped shopping list
- bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- mushrooms, 1pkg., sliced shopping list
- Cream mushroom soup 2 cans shopping list
- sour cream 1 cup shopping list
- Rotel tomatoes, 1 can shopping list
- cheese, 2 cups shredded shopping list
- Ritz crackers, 1 sleeve, crushed shopping list
- butter, melted & mixed with crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare chicken,cook pasta, and saute vegetables-place in very large bowl. Heat soup, tomatoes, sour cream in saute pot until mixed and bubbly. Pour over mixture in bowl; add cheese and mix together. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish( this makes two casseroles) bake for 15 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil- spread crumbled buttered crackers over top. Bake for 10-15 min. until well heated and crackers are golden.
