Ingredients

Rotisserie Chicken, deboned and chunked

Medium Flat Noodles, 1 bag cooked to directions

green onions, 1 bunch, chopped

onion, 1 lg. chopped

celery, 4-6 stalks, chopped

bell pepper, chopped

mushrooms, 1pkg., sliced

Cream Mushroom soup 2 cans

sour cream 1 cup

Rotel tomatoes, 1 can

Cheese, 2 cups shredded

Ritz crackers, 1 sleeve, crushed

butter, melted & mixed with crackers

Directions

Prepare chicken,cook pasta, and saute vegetables-place in very large bowl. Heat soup, tomatoes, sour cream in saute pot until mixed and bubbly. Pour over mixture in bowl; add cheese and mix together. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish( this makes two casseroles) bake for 15 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil- spread crumbled buttered crackers over top. Bake for 10-15 min. until well heated and crackers are golden.

If you're going to freeze one, then undercook half the noodles ... freezing and reheating them could turn them to mush. Otherwise it would probably work GREAT! :-) Sounds totally delicious, btw ...
