Ingredients
  • 1(1 lb 11 oz) can Sauerkraut,drained,rinsed and well,drained again
  • (Paper towel dry if need be)
  • 1 cup diced Celery
  • 1/2 cup Green Onion,sliced using the green top as will
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper,diced
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 5 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Creamy Horseradish Sauce,(a little less if you like)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • Olives and Paprika for garnish

Directions
  1. Combine the sauerkraut,celery,onion and green pepper in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl combine the sour cream,sugar,horseradish sauce and the Italian dressing mix.
  3. Add to the vegetables and mix well.
  4. Garnish with the olives and paprika.
  5. Chill several hours to allow to blend,before serving.
