Ingredients

How to make it

  • mix all ingredients in a saucepan,(except the potato)
  • bring to boiling point and allow to cook ,uncovered for 30 minutes
  • add mashed potato
  • mix all togethe and chill
  • prepare pastry
  • roll out to cover 9" pie plate
  • fill with meat filling
  • roll out crust for top of pie
  • seal edges and cut slots for steam
  • bake at 425f for 30 minutes
