Ingredients
  • 2 pkg bulk sausage un -cooked
  • 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1- 1/2 cups all-purpose baking/ biscuit mix like ( bisquick) or any brand you like ......
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion..
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.....

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Shred cheese and mix all ingredients in a large bowl, until all is mix well.
  3. Form into 1 inch balls.
  4. Place on ungreased baking sheet
  5. Bake 15 minutes until golden brown
  6. Makes 6 dozen
  7. Note from Tink;…… sausage - cheese balls can be frozen uncooked………
  8. And if you want a firmer texture add extra 3 cups of the baking mix and extra 2 cups of the cheese to the above ingredients………myself I like the recipe as is but I do like to sometimes add more cheese to it anyway………

These sound D-lish, Mini -- and you could dip these in any number of sauces, I would imagine!

I like your recipe. Some have too much flour. I make these several times a year. They get my 5!

These look like cute advertisers for my guest.
