Lemon Bread Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
  • Cream butter and 1 cup of sugar; add dry ingredients.
  • Stir in eggs and milk.
  • Stir in lemon zest and nuts.
  • Place in greased bread pan; bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
  • Mix lemon juice and remaining sugar together.
  • Pour over hot muffins.
