PEACHY MANGO CHUTNEY

- 5 Firm peaches, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 2 Firm mangoes, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1/3 to ½ seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped shopping list
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 Jalapeño, finely chopped, seeded for less heat shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice shopping list
- 3 Tbsp mint, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Fold all ingredients together in a glass bowl.
- Refrigerate.
- The longer these guys hang out together the better the taste.
- I usually make the day before or at least six hours prior to serving.
