Peachy Mango Chutney Recipe


PEACHY MANGO CHUTNEY Recipe
This is great with Grilled Shrimp, Lobster or any seafood. Also pairs very well with chicken or pork. It is great with my curry dishes and I have also just served it with tortilla chips. Yum!

Ingredients
  • 5 Firm Peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Firm Mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 to ½ Seedless Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, finely chopped, seeded for less heat
  • 1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp fresh Lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp Mint, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar (optional)

Directions
  1. Fold all ingredients together in a glass bowl.
  2. Refrigerate.
  3. The longer these guys hang out together the better the taste.
  4. I usually make the day before or at least six hours prior to serving.
