Lemon Grilled Chicken

My family and friends all enjoy this great lemon chicken
Ingredients
- 1/3c white vinegar shopping list
- 2Tbs butter shopping list
- 2Tbs veg. oil shopping list
- 2Tbs lemon juice shopping list
- 2tsp steak sauce shopping list
- 2tsp grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1tsp salt shopping list
- 1 (3-3-1/2 lb) chicken shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill. Bring vinegar,butter,oil,lemon juice and steak sauce to a boil in small saucepan over med heat. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon peel and salt.
- Grill chicken,covered,over med heat or coals 10 mins. Brush with lemon mixture. Turn,cook an additional 20-30 mins or till chicken juices run clear,brushing and turning chicken every 10 mins.
