Fried Squirrel

- 4 young squirrels shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- flour shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the squirrels in serveing pieces
- sprinkle with lemon juice and place in a bowl
- Refrigerate overnight
- wipe off with damp cloth and rub with salt and pepper
- Dredge with flour and fry in small amount of oil in a skillet for about 40 mins or until golden brown
- Serves 6
- Great served with creamed potatoes, biscuits, and homemade milk gravy.

My husband used to squirrel hunt years ago, and they were delicious. He did all the preparation and just gave me the cut-up squirrels to cook. ?They are really good fried.
