- 1/3 -cup vegetable oil shopping list

- 1 -teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2- teaspoon coarse ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2- teaspoon cayenne papper shopping list
- 1/2- teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 -egg yolk shopping list
- 2 -teaspoons water shopping list
- 2 -teaspoons cornstarch shopping list

- 2- teaspoons water shopping list
- 2 -teaspoons cornstarch shopping list

- 1 -cup cayenne pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/3 -cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1- teaspoon sugar shopping list

- 1/2- teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2- teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/8- teaspoon coarse ground black pepper shopping list
- 1- egg yolk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons water shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
How to make it 
                    - combine all ingredients except egg yolk, water and cornstarch, for the sauce of your choice in a small saucepan.
- heat sauce over medium heat until boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- remove pan from heat and allow it to cool, uncovered for 10 minutes.....
- while the sauce coolsvigorously whisk egg yolk with 2 teaspoons water in a medium bowl for about 2 minutesor until color is a pale yellow.
- whisk in cornstarch until dissolved.
- drizzle the hot sauce mixture into the egg yolk mixture in a steady stream while rapidly whisking.
- this will create a thick creamy smulsion that will prevent the oil from separating .
- cover the sauce and chill until it is needed.........
- makes 1/2 cups.....................
