Chicken Nuggets

- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts / no bones/no skin shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
- Ritz crackers - 1 sleeve shopping list
How to make it
- Crush the crackers into fine crumbs.
- Cut the chicken into uniform bite-size pieces. (about 2 inches)
- Dip each piece into the oil and roll into the cracker crumbs.
- Place all on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 9-10 minutes.
- Flip these over and cook for 7-8 minutes more.
