Grande Mariner French Toast Recipe

An elegant twist on french toast, great for company. Make this the day before.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread, cut in 3/4 inch slices
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1/3 cup Grande Mariner
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- the rind of 1 orange, ground
Directions
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Place the bread in flat dish and pour the mixture over.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or two, turning once.
- Fry in butter about 8 minutes per side.
- Serve with syrup or fresh whipped cream.
