Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix filling ingredients together
  • Spread some of the mixture on one side of the tortilla shell and roll over till the end
  • Cut off empty ends of shell and place in a larger baking dish in a close row, but not touching.
  • You probably will not use all the mixture but you might.
  • Top rolled shells with green sauce, then 1/2 the cheese and then more green sauce.
  • Bake at 300 1/2 way through and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for a total of 1 hour but keep your eye on it so you don't burn them.
