Hot Weather Frozen Fruit Salad Recipe
I love to serve this frozen fruit salad at any meal. Kids love this too. This recipe was served The Sisters tea house in Jacksonville Fl.

Ingredients
  • 1 large container cool whip
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple (drained)
  • red food coloring - (optional)
  • jar of red cherries (optional)

Directions
  1. Put cool whip in large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in banana.
  3. Add crushed pineapple.
  4. Add red food coloring to get a nice pink color.
  5. Put cupcake papers in muffin tin..
  6. Spoon mixture into each space and top with a cherry. Freeze.
  7. These will keep for a couple of weeks if sealed in plastic containers.
