Hot Weather Frozen Fruit Salad Recipe

I love to serve this frozen fruit salad at any meal. Kids love this too. This recipe was served The Sisters tea house in Jacksonville Fl.

Ingredients
- 1 large container cool whip
- 4 bananas
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple (drained)
- red food coloring - (optional)
- jar of red cherries (optional)
Directions
- Put cool whip in large mixing bowl.
- Mix in banana.
- Add crushed pineapple.
- Add red food coloring to get a nice pink color.
- Put cupcake papers in muffin tin..
- Spoon mixture into each space and top with a cherry. Freeze.
- These will keep for a couple of weeks if sealed in plastic containers.
