Ingredients

2 pkg broccoli , cooked and drained (or fresh)

2 c. chickens, cooked anD shredded

1 c. sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tbsp curry

1/2 c. bread crumbs

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

COOK BROCCOLI IN BOILING WATER AS DIRECTED

DRAIN AND ARRANGE IN SHALLOW 1 1/2 QUART BAKING DISH

SIMMER CHICKEN BREAST IN SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER 35 MINS, OR UNTIL TENDER.

DRAIN AND ARRANGE CHICKEN ON TOP OF BROCCOLI.

MIX ALL SPICES AND SOUPS TOGETHER AND POUR OVER TOP.

SPRINKLE CURRY, BREAD CRUMBS AND SHREDDED CHEESE OVER TOP AS WELL. BAKE PRE-HEATED IN OVEN FOR 30 MINS

CAN SERVE OVER WHITE RICE
