Cheeseburger Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion- chopped

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

4oz tomato sauce

8-9in ready made pie crust (ie Pilsbury pie crust)

Cheese Topping:

8oz shredded cheddar cheese

1 egg

1/4c milk

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp whorsteshire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 425

brown ground beef with onion

drain ground beef - return to skillet

mix dry ingredents together

add to beef in skillet

mix in tomato sauce

unfold pie crust, place in pie tin

place beef in pie crust

Topping:

beat egg slightly

mix cheese, egg, milk and dry ingredents together

spread over beef mixture

bake 30 minutes or until cheese is browned
