How to make it

  • Remove heads and shells of shrimps. devein and wash well. Drain thoroughly.
  • wash and dry parsley. Chop finely and keep aside. Crush peppercorns. Peel, wash and grind garlic to a paste.
  • Heat butter in a pan and fry garlic paste briefly. Add shrimps, mustard paste, lemon juice, freshly crushed peppercorns and salt.
  • Cook ucovered on low heat till shrimps are cooked. Add chopped parsley and remove from heat when moisture dries up.
  • Serve hot, preferably with toothpicks.
