Ingredients
  • 1 c Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese - Softened
  • 1 Pkg Old El Paso Seasoning
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 C Shredded Iceburg Lettuce
  • 2 Scallions Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Black Olives
  • 1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions
  1. Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Mix Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Seasoning Packet in a bowl.
  3. Spread into an oval casserole dish or a 9x13 glass dish.
  4. Sprinkle with mix of vegetables.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Chill for at least an hour.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.

Angie, when simple dips like this are available, I don't understand why people in this day & age still offer guests potato chips! I'll have this spread out for my next gathering.

This sounds yummy. I do a taco dip myself but I actually use rinsed, fried hamburger and add some salsa.
