How to make it

  • Heat grill to medium high
  • Mix dressing ingredients
  • Brush both halves of bread with dressing
  • Layer bottom half with ham, provolone, red peppers, salami, mortadella, olives, and mozzarella, in that order
  • Put top half of bread on
  • Wrap bread tightly in aluminum foil
  • Put on grill and cook 15-20 minutes, turning flipping halfway through
  • For a crustier sandwich, open foil to expose the top of bread during last 5 minutes of grilling
  • Let sit a few minutes before slicing

    While my fiance was reading over this recipe her oldest daughter says out loud to us , " Ok, I'll be expecting this for supper tonight" !
