Peanut Butter Bandit Fudge Ripple Pie

- ***CRUST*** shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups (15 cookies) creme filled chocolate cookie crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 Cup margarine, melted shopping list
- ********FILLING******* shopping list
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup peanut butter( By the way...I love peanut butter!) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted shopping list
How to make it
- In 9-inch pie pan, combine all crust ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Press mixture firmly in bottom and up sides of pie pan.
- Refrigerate while preparing filling
- In small bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and vanilla; beat at medium speed until smooth and well blended.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in cream
- Spoon into crust. Spoon/ drizzle melted chocolate over the filling
- Gently pull knife thru chocolate to marble.
- Freeze at least 2 hours.
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting
- Serves 6 - 8 ... or ONE!!
