Molasses Brined Pork Chops

- 2 qt. water shopping list
- 1/2c kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2c molasses shopping list
- 1t whole peppercorns shopping list
- 1 bunch fresh thyme or 1tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 4 pork chops shopping list
How to make it
- Brine:
- Combine ingredients in a large pan. Stir till salt and molasses are dissolved and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium. Remove chops from brine and pat dry. Put chops on grill amdcook on each side for 10-15 mins depending on the thicknessor register 145 on a thermometer.
