Molasses Brined Pork Chops Recipe
These chops are brined in molasses,spices and water and grille. The brine makes them very moist.

Ingredients
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1/2c kosher salt
  • 1/2c molasses
  • 1t whole peppercorns
  • 1 bunch fresh thyme or 1tsp dried thyme
  • 4 pork chops

Directions
  1. Brine:
  2. Combine ingredients in a large pan. Stir till salt and molasses are dissolved and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium. Remove chops from brine and pat dry. Put chops on grill amdcook on each side for 10-15 mins depending on the thicknessor register 145 on a thermometer.
