How to make it

  • Brine:
  • Combine ingredients in a large pan. Stir till salt and molasses are dissolved and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium. Remove chops from brine and pat dry. Put chops on grill amdcook on each side for 10-15 mins depending on the thicknessor register 145 on a thermometer.
