Sugar Cookies

Another one of Grandma's recipes. Nothing better than when Grandma makes cookies for me!
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. soft butter shopping list
- 1 C sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 C. soft margarine shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 3 1/2 C flour shopping list
How to make it
- Beat butter, margarine, sugar and eggs until creamy. Add vanilla. Stir salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour together. Add to the egg mixture and let dough rest for 2-3 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sugar or frost just after baking.
