Chile Verde Recipe

Chile Verde Recipe
This spicy stew goes great with rice and hot tortillas. This is a big hit with my family- I always make an extra big batch and freeze a little for later.

  2. Remove onions and garlic from pan and add pork to sear.
  3. Add onions and garlic back to pan
  4. Add enough chicken broth to totally cover the meat and onions

  6. Puree tomatillos and cilantro and add to the pot
  7. Simmer for 3 hours- the longer it cooks the better it gets!
