Ingredients

How to make it

  • In bowl mix corn, flour(use enough so it looks like a really thick pancake batter). Add egg,salt n pepper.
  • Heat a skillet, a cast iron griddle is great with these. Add oil n get hot as if you were making pancakes.
  • Drop 1/4 c or so of batter in skillet, making little cakes. When top is set n bubbly flip over n brown other side. Place in warm oven n continue frying patties till all batter used up.
  • Can be served with maple syrup or with a pat of butter. I eat mine plain.
