Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large saucepan cook potatoes in water to cover until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.
  • Meanwhile saute onions in butter.
  • Cook carrots in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes(DO NOT DRAIN)
  • Place 1/4 each of potatoes, carrots and all carrot liquid and onion in food processor and process until smooth.
  • Transfer to large saucepan, add remaining vegetables and seasoning
  • Heat through
