Bruschetta Chicken

Nice table presentation goes a long way with this easy to make dish! I cook alot for my friends and they love this!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 4 boned chicken breast halves, trimmed and washed shopping list
- 1 cup jarred bruschetta or fresh shopping list
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend shopping list
- 4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese, divided shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in fry pan
- Over medium high heat brown chicken on all sides in oven proof pan
- Top each chicken breast with 1/4 cup bruschetta
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and top each breast with
- 1/4 cup Italian cheese blend then sprinkle each breast with 1 teaspoon paremesan cheese
- Return to oven and bake 5 minutes until cheese melts and is slightly browned
