Gone-In-A-Minute Rubbed Ribs Recipe
Great tasting dry rubbed ribs. Roasted first and then finished on the grill

Ingredients
  • 1/2c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2tsp chili powder
  • 13/4tsp seasoned salt
  • 1tsp mustard powder
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1/4tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 racks baby back ribs(about 5lbs total)
  • Lime wedges,for serving

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400,and place rack in lower third. For dry rub,in small bowl,combine sugar,chili powder,salt,mustard powder,paprika and cinnamon;reserve 2tsp.
  2. Rinse ribs and pat dry. Place each rack of ribs on a sheet of heavy-duty foil(or double layers) large enough to wrap around the ribs. Rub ribs on both sides with dry rub and wrap in foil making airtight seal. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet ;roast 1 hour30 mins.
  3. Heat grill on med -high. Sprinkle ribs with reserved dry rub,remove foil and grill,turning ocassionally,until grill-marked and deep brown,8-10 mins. Slice and serve with lime wedges.
