How to make it

  • Heat the pan, add some oil.
  • Fry the garlic & ginger for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add in the chicken, fry until brown.
  • Stir in the light soya sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
  • Add in the mushrooms, cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add in the vegetables one by one.
  • Continue cooking until the vegetables are cooked (or half cooked - depending on your taste).
  • Add the vermicelli, salt, pepper and mix well.
  • Remove from heat.
  • When cool, wrap the filling in the springroll sheets.
  • It can be served immediately or you can deep fry it before serving with sweet chilli sauce.
  • Yum!
