How to make it

  • Wash peaches and peel.Slice peaches and place in a lightly buttered baking dish.
  • Sift flour together with sugar, salt, and cinnamon into medium bowl.
  • Cut in soft butter with fork or pastry blender until mixture is pretty coarse. Sprinkle mixture evenly over peaches.
  • Bake 45-60 minutes in 375 oven or until topping is golden and peaches are tender. Serve warm with cream of ice cream.
