Fresh Peach Crisp

Very good with the cream or homemade Ice cream on top.
Ingredients
- 8 or 9 fresh ripe peaches shopping list
- 1 cup sifted flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup soft butter shopping list
- Cream shopping list
How to make it
- Wash peaches and peel.Slice peaches and place in a lightly buttered baking dish.
- Sift flour together with sugar, salt, and cinnamon into medium bowl.
- Cut in soft butter with fork or pastry blender until mixture is pretty coarse. Sprinkle mixture evenly over peaches.
- Bake 45-60 minutes in 375 oven or until topping is golden and peaches are tender. Serve warm with cream of ice cream.
