  This is delicious and so easy to make! It smelled awesome, when I took it out of the oven, after an hour. However, for Sunday dinner, we eat too much roast beef, potatoes and Yorkshire Pudding etc. We were too stuffed to eat dessert! I put it in the fridge, until today and just nuked some in a small bowl with some vanilla ice cream. IT WAS VERY YUMMY INDEED! I just adore peaches! I liked this recipe, b/c no extra sugar or spices were added to the peaches themselves, only to the crisp on top. I was fooling around with the melon baller with the ice cream. The first pic looks much large than it really was:)
