Ingredients

1cups selfrising Flour

2 cups self rising cornmeal

1/2 Lb. Chopped and fryed bacon(Crisp}

1 cup chopped onion

1 tsp season garlic seasoning

1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs beaten

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 cup milk

Directions

SIft cornmeal and flour into a mixing bowl Stir in bacon and onionsAdd cayenne pepper and garlic seasoning salt. add eggs and milk enough to make adrop dough. drp spoonsful in deep hot grease do not cook to fast otherwise they will be raw in the cent{Make sure grease is ho when you drop them in. Cook to a golden brown. Makes 15 hushpuppies
