Johns Grilled Peanut Butter And Grilled Banana Sandwich Recipe

This is his fav sandwich. He read somewhere in someone's recipe about grilling bananas and he decided to try it for his sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 slices potato bread
- peanut butter
- 1 spoon brown sugar
- little butter
Directions
- Peel and slice banana in thin slices
- place on foil
- spread a little butter on them and brown sugar
- grill 2 minute
- toast 2 pieces potato bread lightly
- spread a very little butter on 1 piece
- spread peanut butter on top of that slice
- spread bananas carefully ont top and close sandwich

This recipe is TOO funny! My kids will love it ....and I'm talking a 15 and 18 yrs. old! I think we'll do this with our camp sandwich toaster over the campfire next week. We're off on another camp tip, but we're biking this time!
