How to make it

  • Peel and slice banana in thin slices
  • place on foil
  • spread a little butter on them and brown sugar
  • grill 2 minute
  • toast 2 pieces potato bread lightly
  • spread a very little butter on 1 piece
  • spread peanut butter on top of that slice
  • spread bananas carefully ont top and close sandwich

    This recipe is TOO funny! My kids will love it ....and I'm talking a 15 and 18 yrs. old! I think we'll do this with our camp sandwich toaster over the campfire next week. We're off on another camp tip, but we're biking this time!

    My 11 year old made this for breakfast! Is that Ms. Brenda in your picture? She is a friend of mine - haven't talked to her in forever, and I live right across the rode from her. Have a great day! It is always great to know another Spring foodie!

    Wow! I've heard of peanut butter-banana sandwiches, but grilling the bananas takes it to a whole new level! Great idea!
