Neiman Marcus Chicken Salad

Here is the "secret" recipe for Neiman Marcus's Chicken Salad. Simple and elegant with no onions! Serve on Bibb Lettuce or Fresh bread.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 cup sliced or halved purple grapes (seedless) shopping list
- 1 dash white vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipped heavy cream (set aside) shopping list
How to make it
- Fold first eight ingredients gently together, then fold in whipped cream.
- Chill and serve over Boston Bibb Lettuce or atop a croissant.
- Cook time is chilling time.......
- Enjoy
