It was perfect....and it is already gone.....I had to promise my husband to go get some more strawberries and make another one tomorrow (I have everything else that I need). But it certainly didn't serve 12. I had 7 for dinner and we were scraping the bowl after we finished eating dessert.

Is this the soft ladyfingers, or the hard/dry Italian type? I imagine both would work and regulate the coffee amount brushed on top??
