How to make it

  • Mix the oil, five spice powder and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Add the chicken, toss it all together well to evenly coat the chicken, cover and allow to marinate in the fridge for 3 hours, or overnight.
  • When it's time to cook, heat a grill to a medium setting.
  • Cook the chicken on low and slow, turning frequently to ensure even cooking and less burning.
  • This will take about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy! :)

    This sounds very intriguing to me. The simplicity is striking. I must try it.
