A nicely flavored chicken. Five spice powder lends a new flavor to all sorts of dishes, this chicken without exception. If you are inclined, grind up a fresh batch of 5-spice powder. There is a good recipe here at GR, Homemade 5 Spice Powder.
I baked mine at 375F for 45 minutes to reach temp.
Cut up some leg quarters to do this recipe, only because of pricing in the store. Guess this could be done with or without skin sans the wings.
Plenty flavorful even without adding any S&P.
