Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Very light . The chocolate somehow separates and sinks giving a rich chocolate sauce at the bottom and nutty texture on top .
Ingredients
- 50 g olive margarine and 75 g demerara sugar - whisk until fluffy . shopping list
- 2 eggs , beaten shopping list
- 1 C milk shopping list
- 50 g chopped nuts shopping list
- 50 g flour and 2 tbsp cocoa pwd , sifted shopping list
- icing sugar and cocoa , to dust shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat the oven at 180 deg .
- Whisk the eggs into the sugar mixture .
- Add the milk and the nuts .
- Fold in the flour .
- Pour in a greased oven proof serving dish .
- Bake for 30 mins .
- Dust with the icing sugar and cocoa pwd .
- Serve Warm .
