Chocolate And Pear Devine Cake Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

200g white sugar

1 tsp vanilla

170g unsalted butter

275g flour

2 Tbsp baking powder,leveled

6 pears,,lightly pre cooked

100g dark chocolate

100g milk chocolate

30g sliced amonds

Directions

1,preheat oven to 160.c,and grease a 9x5" loaf pan.

2,beat eggs,sugar and vanilla together ,add melted butter and mix well to combine..sift the flour and baking powder together and fold into mixture.

3,peel and cut pears into slices.break chocolate into small peices.Add both the pear slices and chocolate to mixture,fold quickly.

4,pour into the prepared tin and scatter the sliced almonds over the top.bake for 45 mins,serve hot or cold.

*chocolate chips and canned pears can be used also.
