Chocolate and Pear Devine Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • 1,preheat oven to 160.c,and grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
  • 2,beat eggs,sugar and vanilla together ,add melted butter and mix well to combine..sift the flour and baking powder together and fold into mixture.
  • 3,peel and cut pears into slices.break chocolate into small peices.Add both the pear slices and chocolate to mixture,fold quickly.
  • 4,pour into the prepared tin and scatter the sliced almonds over the top.bake for 45 mins,serve hot or cold.
  • *chocolate chips and canned pears can be used also.
