Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 1/4 C. plum baby food
- 1/4 C. veggie oil
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 4 large eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Spray bundt or 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
- Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Blend on low speed until moistened well then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.

Wow... so much easier than from scratch ;-) I'm going to test this one out on my father-in-law and see how he likes it. I might just add some chopped canned plums. Wish me luck!
