Ingredients
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 1/4 C. plum baby food
  • 1/4 C. veggie oil
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 4 large eggs

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Spray bundt or 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  4. Blend on low speed until moistened well then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
  6. Bake 40-45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.

Wow... so much easier than from scratch ;-) I'm going to test this one out on my father-in-law and see how he likes it. I might just add some chopped canned plums. Wish me luck!
