Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients but peppers (using only 1/2 a can of soup). Stuff mixture divided evenly into each pepper and place in deep casserole to hold peppers snugly. Mix remaining 1/2 can of soup with a little white wine or water to sauce consistency and pour over top of peppers. Bake at 375 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until peppers are soft..

I must try this. Interesting by adding ranch dressing. Thanks for the tip on the tomato soup. I have yet to find a gf tomato soup. Will definitely look for Heinz.
