Favorite Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 green peppers, tops removed and seeded shopping list
- 1 pound ground beef, extra lean shopping list
- 1/2 cup instant rice, uncooked shopping list
- 1/2 package ranch-style dressing mix shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely minced shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup (to make these gf, use a gluten-free tomto soup like the Heinz British type) shopping list
- garlic salt shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients but peppers (using only 1/2 a can of soup). Stuff mixture divided evenly into each pepper and place in deep casserole to hold peppers snugly. Mix remaining 1/2 can of soup with a little white wine or water to sauce consistency and pour over top of peppers. Bake at 375 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until peppers are soft..
