Tuna - Pepper Pasta Salad

- 2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- Freshly ground pepper (to taste) shopping list
- 2/3 cup roasted red peppers, chopped and divided shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion shopping list
- 4 oz chunk light tuna in water, drained shopping list
- 4 oz broccoli florets, steamed until crisp-tender and shocked shopping list
- 6 ounces whole-wheat penne, cooked and drained shopping list
How to make it
- Combine yogurt, basil, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and the remaining 1/3 cup red peppers in a blender, puree until smooth.
- In a large bowl, toss together remaining peppers, onion, tuna, broccoli and pasta.
- Add the pepper sauce and toss well to blend. Chill before serving.
