Main Dish Crescent Reubens

- 1 (8-oz.) can crescent dinner rolls shopping list
- 3 (7x4-in) slices Swiss or mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 (12-oz.) can corned beef, chopped shopping list
- 1 (14-oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained shopping list
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles.
- Place in ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan; press over bottom and 1/2-in. up sides to form crust.
- Press perforations to seal.
- Arrange cheese slices over dough.
- Spoon corned beef and sauerkraut over cheese.
- In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Pour over sauerkraut.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until filling is set and crust is a deep golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Cut into squares
- NOTE:
- You can use 6-oz. of shredded swiss or mozzarella in place of the sliced cheese.
