How to make it

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles.
  • Place in ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan; press over bottom and 1/2-in. up sides to form crust.
  • Press perforations to seal.
  • Arrange cheese slices over dough.
  • Spoon corned beef and sauerkraut over cheese.
  • In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Pour over sauerkraut.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until filling is set and crust is a deep golden brown.
  • Cool 5 minutes.
  • Cut into squares
  • NOTE:
  • You can use 6-oz. of shredded swiss or mozzarella in place of the sliced cheese.
