This dish is a favourite with everyone who tries it. Great weekday meal that goes perfectly over rice. Kid friendly. Freezer friendly.

Ingredients
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 lbs chicken (boneless, skinless thighs)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Saute onions and pepper in oil until semi-soft.
  2. Add all other ingredients and summer for 30 minutes.
  3. Flour chicken and brown, do not cook through.
  4. Place chicken in casserole dish & cover with sauce
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350
